Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register a guest vehicle for overnight parking?
All overnight guest vehicles must be registered before 12:00 AM at GETMYPARKINGPERMIT.COM. Guests must park exclusively in the yellow guest spaces, and vehicles with yellow permits must rotate every 48 hours. Additionally, residents must always inform the Management Office of any changes to their own vehicle’s license plate, new vehicles, or rental cars to avoid towing issues.
Vendors & Renovations
All vendors must check in at the Management Office before starting any work. They are required to provide a copy of their license (emailed to the office) and proof of insurance issued specifically to "The Marquesa Condominiums". Work is permitted Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No work is allowed on Sundays except for verified emergencies.
What items are permitted on my balcony?
Balconies must remain clean and organized. Permitted items include patio furniture, small to medium plants, small children’s toys, and organized bicycles. Prohibited items include hanging clothing or towels, patio lights, BBQ grills, large planters, storage cabinets, and curtains of any kind. Household cleaning items (brooms, mops, buckets) cannot be left on the balcony for more than 24 hours.
What are the community rules regarding pets?
All pets must be registered with the Management Office with updated vaccination records. Dog owners are required to complete a mandatory DNA registration, and dogs must wear their assigned DNA tag at all times while on the property. All pets must be kept on a leash in common areas, and owners are strictly responsible for immediate waste cleanup (a non-waivable fine applies for violations). Dogs may not be left unattended on balconies.
Rentals & Leasing
No. The Marquesa at Pembroke strictly prohibits Airbnb rentals and the subleasing of units or individual rooms. Violators are subject to a mandatory fine, and owners have the right to terminate lease agreements upon any evidence of a violation.
